One of the greatest challenges with environmental monitoring is dealing with the rural nature of sites. Very often power simply isn’t available and building out additional infrastructure in order to provide power to sensors and rural internet connections isn’t an option due to the incredible cost. While solar panel technology has existed and been available for a long time, they do not always produce enough electricity to run all of the sensors and electronics required for water quality monitoring, air quality monitoring and weather monitoring.
Aridea Environmental Monitoring has devoted a great deal of research and development to solving the power problem inherent with environmental monitoring in rural locations. Beyond simply setting up solar panels, our systems are programmed with our proprietary code that minimizes power usage, we use only the most low power electronics and are constantly improving performance.
No location is too remote for Aridea Solutions.
